Carrentals unveils affiliate web service
Tuesday, January 27, 2009 Carrentals.co.uk, the car hire price comparison site, has launched an affiliate service for The affiliate service pays partners 5% commission and claims a conversion rate of 4%. It features prices from rental providers such as Holiday Autos, Thrifty and AutoEurope. Affiliate businesses will be able to feature Carrentals' banner on their website. Visitors can click through to make their booking on the Carrentals site and all booking figures and commission levels can be tracked and reported. Gareth Robinson, managing director of Carrentals, said: “Our sales convert at around 4%, which is three times higher than any of our competitors and, with a 5% commission rate, partners have the potential to achieve a healthy revenue stream. “This affiliate solution is designed to be easy for businesses to work with and make money from. We are opening up our site to all UK companies who want to build their affiliate revenue streams.”
The affiliate programme will run on the Webgains network and will be managed by affiliate management agency Arctic Sunrise.
