Online car hire broker Holiday Autos has introduced a van hire option for holidaymakers with bulky equipment or luggage.

The firm said holidaymakers often had to make do with wobbly roof racks and open boots.

It is offering vans from £21 a day with unlimited mileage, mandatory insurances, collision damage waiver liability, theft waiver, airport surcharges and all local taxes.

Holiday Autos offers a variety of vans, from smaller vehicles like the Vauxhall Astra to the spacious Ford Transit.

Holiday Autos managing director Stuart Nassos said: “During holidays cars can sometimes be overloaded, providing much stress for holidaymakers. Hiring a van can be a low-cost investment offering peace of mind to customers.

“Although vans cannot transport many passengers they can be a perfect solution when luggage, canoes and camping equipment cannot be left behind.
