The inventors of the sticky toffee pudding have launched a campaign to save the great British dessert, after a study showed the hot pud is going out of favour. The Sharrow Bay Country House Hotel in the Its Chocolate and Ginger Pudding is described as “a warm amalgamation of rich Ecuadorian chocolate and hot Australian ginger mixed with a sprinkling of Michelin Star magic.”
