Getting there
Rail: ExCeL London is served by the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Get off at Custom House for the main entrance to the venue. It is located in zone 3 of the London Underground map.
River: A riverboat service to ExCeL is operated by Thames Clippers which departs from Tower Pier. See the Thames Clippers website for full details. Frequency of service increases over WTM, and there’s a shuttle service from Canary Wharf to ExCeL.
Road: Follow signs for Royal Docks, City airport and ExCeL. The Purple Car Park located underneath the venue will be free to the first 1,000 cars each day. Otherwise, parking can cost up to £21 for 24 hours for a car.
Note: Due to construction work in the east car park, ExCeL’s eastern entrance will be closed off completely along with Prince Regent DLR station.
Badge holders can enter using ExCeL London WEST entrance. Non-badge holders must use ExCeL London UNDERCROFT entrance.
